At the present time, Golzar Tea offers Classic, Earl Grey, English Breakfast and Green Tea. We will also be introducing fruit and herbal teas soon!   

2Where do your teas come from?

Green and lushly fertile, the island republic of Sri Lanka lies in the Bay of Bengal, just below the southeastern tip of India. Sri Lanka was formerly a British crown colony known as Ceylon, a name it kept for nearly a quarter-century after independence.

3Does your teas contain caffeine?

Black and Green tea do contain caffeine, however, fruit & herbal teas do not contain caffeine.  

4What is the best way to store tea?

Tea should be stored in a cool dry place. Preferably, away from light. If storing for a long period of time, keep in a tin can.

5What are the health benefits of tea?

Tea contains antioxidants and may reduce your risk of stroke and heart attack.

Tea has also less caffeine than coffee.

6How long can I keep Golzar Tea?

You can drink our tea before  the expiry date printed on the packaging.

7Can tea bags be used again?

A Tea bag should only be used once.

8Does freshly brewed tea has more antioxidants than instant tea?

You get the most antioxidants from freshly brewed tea; those compounds are reduced in instant tea, decaffeinated tea, and bottled tea.

9Does loose leaf tea need more time to infuse than teabags?

The answer is yes!  Since Loose leaf tea generally have larger leaf size, the tea infuses more slowly, adding full flavour into the liquor.

The small leaf size in teabags means that the tea cannot be infused too long without becoming bitter.
